Spanish Customer Services Team Leader | Working from home | £15.00/hour

We are currently working with our client to support them with a busy project for 3-6 months.  The role will involve managing a team of up to 30 customer services agents.  Responsible for training a team of Advisor who receive inbound and make outbound calls and undertake case management for the contact centres prestigious client.  Liaising with internal and external customers on a day to day basis, ensuring a high level of communication standard is maintained at all times, cases are resolved in a timely manner, targets are met and productivity and service levels are achieved. You will also carry out 1-2-1’s with the team monthly and maintain HR records.  The successful candidate must be fluent in Spanish.

Sea Freight Imports Clerk | Heston | £22,000

A fantastic opportunity to support a busy team on a temporary basis. Our client is looking for an experienced Sea Freight Imports Clerk to join the team.  The role will involve managing inbound transportation of goods, ensuring all documentation is complete prior to receiving goods, planning the arrangements of shipments as per the client requirements, regularly checking the inbound movement of goods, processing payments and raising paperwork and chasing purchase orders.  The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ sea freight experience, good understanding of MS Office, strong customer services skills and ability to work under pressure and problem solve.

Administrator | Ascot | £20,000

Our client in Ascot are looking for an experienced Administrator to complete a short term temporary role.  The position will involve data entry, manual filing of documents, exporting information into Excel spreadsheet and updating the internal database with contract information.  The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing a large filing system and will have a good understanding of MS Office including Excel.  Must be available to start immediately.

Our client are looking for fluent Spanish speakers to assist on a busy and fast moving campaign.  The role will involve liasing with customers to resolve queries, enter information onto the internal database, email correspondence and problem solving.  This role is for a minimum of 3 months and will start asap.
