Warehouse Operative | Guildford | up to £25,000

Our client are looking for an experienced Warehouse operative to help assist the running of the yard and warehouse.  The role will involve using a forklift to move goods in and around the warehouse, take deliveries of stock, managing the stock control, maintaining the warehouse and ensuring it is kept clean and tidy.  There will be heavy lifting involved.  The successful candidate must have a valid counterbalance licence.  Role will start in January 2021.

Senior Systems Administrator – Egham

An experienced Systems Administrator required to work for our client within the education sector.  The successful candidate will be required to work with colleagues in the systems team to provide support for the platforms and services that fall within the remit. You will need to have a deep understanding of M365, AAD and Azure, experience working with VMware and HyperV VMs, configuration and use of WSUS and backup/replication using Veeam. Experience with SLQ would also be of benefit.  Short term role for two months.

Our client is currently recruiting for a temporary Digital Marketing Manager to join their team for a 12 month period.  This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward thinking and creative team.  As the Digital Marketing Manager for Conversion and Retention, you will be responsible for the management and continuous improvement of digital marketing activities relating to the e-commerce website.  Responsibilities include leading the development and execution of direct and digital marketing activities to drive revenue growth of the e-commerce platform through online and offline campaigns across SEO, e-CRM, loyalty programmes, consumer care, social media, leaflets, and direct mail.

Digital Data Analyst | up to £35,000 | Weybridge

Working on an exciting project for 12 months, you will be responsible for developing data-driven consumer, competitor insights based on various digital data sets for enhancement of portfolio, activation and communications strategies. You will identify consumer patterns by utilising statistical modeling, machine learning and pattern analysis to translate data insight to actionable strategic recommendations. You will have at least 5 years of analytics or quantitative experience in which you extracted meaningful insights from large datasets, with a strong knowledge of SQL being essential.  Excellent working knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and experience in Business Intelligence and/or Data Visualization tools, particularly PowerBI. Experience of building own datasets and comfortable writing queries optimised for readability and performance. Proven experience with data and technology, and associated software and programmes, to execute best in class reporting, modelling and analysis.  Strong business acumen with the ability to ask the “right questions” of the data and an aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to demonstrate initiative.

Admissions and Applicant Advisor | Egham | £26,000

A fantastic opportunity to work for a local University within the Admissions faculty.  This role will involve processing applications, verifying qualifications, establishing fee status, and updating the student record database.  You will participate in Confirmation and Clearing, proactively chase for outstanding qualifications, input results, and confirm applicants in line with the university strategy.  You will develop an in-depth knowledge of non-standard entry qualifications using university approved documentation, including equivalency qualifications and external databases.  You will respond to agents queries and support recruitment colleagues by providing expert advice and detailed information.  You will also be responsible for proactively engaging with applicants, agents, and other key stakeholders, chasing and verifying any supporting documentation and accurately recording all information required to support the process.  The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a busy customer services and administration role, ideally with admissions experience.
