Administrator | £20,000 | Bracknell

A fantastic opportunity to work for a well established company in Bracknell.  You will be responsible for co-ordinating courses, managing stock return,  distribution of certificates, following up with delegates for personal feedback, develop and produce artwork for print and online media, maintain marketing contacts database, assisting marketing with direct marketing activities (print and online), Quarterly newsletters / Mail shots to customers, setting up of new customers in Dynamics and the Online Store and sending welcome email and provide support to customer service and logistics team during busy period.  The successful candidate will show initiative, be proactive in their approach and possess excellent organisation and time management skills as well as attention to detail. 

Temporary Accounts Administrator | Ascot | £13.00/hour

A short term temporary assignment to cover holiday leave.  The role will involve Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, maintaining purchase ledger, processing supplier invoices, employee expenses, maintaining sales ledger, reviewing customer invoices, reconciling accounts, allocating payments and daily collections.  This position will start on 30th July 2020 and finish on 14th August 2020.  Successful candidate should have an understanding of MS Dynamics along with a good knowledge of accounting processes and procedures including double entry bookkeeping to ensure all accounting transactions are processed correctly.

Spanish Customer Services Team Leader | Working from home | £15.00/hour

We are currently working with our client to support them with a busy project for 3-6 months.  The role will involve managing a team of up to 30 customer services agents.  Responsible for training a team of Advisor who receive inbound and make outbound calls and undertake case management for the contact centres prestigious client.  Liaising with internal and external customers on a day to day basis, ensuring a high level of communication standard is maintained at all times, cases are resolved in a timely manner, targets are met and productivity and service levels are achieved. You will also carry out 1-2-1’s with the team monthly and maintain HR records.  The successful candidate must be fluent in Spanish.

Warehouse Operative with Forklift | Colnbrook | £27,000

We are currently recruiting for a Freight organisation based in Colnbrook.  Our client are seeking a Freight Operative to work within Air & Ocean Freight.  The warehouse operation carries out all warehouse and driving duties in line with operational requirements in order to maintain, enhance and improve service levels.  You will screen and X-Ray all goods as required and in line with legal compliance, ensuring all processes and procedures are followed exactly. Must have experience of driving a Forklift Truck and use of other MHE – A counterbalance forklift operator’s license full, clean UK driver’s license is essential.  Ideal candidate will have a valid DBS.

Our client are looking for fluent Spanish speakers to assist on a busy and fast moving campaign.  The role will involve liasing with customers to resolve queries, enter information onto the internal database, email correspondence and problem solving.  This role is for a minimum of 3 months and will start asap. 

Temporary Learning Technologist | Egham | £20.81/hour

Our client in Egham is looking for an experienced Learning Technologist to join the IT department for a three month period.  Driving the transition will be a pedagogical shift into a more collaborative and social approach to teaching and learning that is inclusive, engaging, and underpinned by an extended ecosystem of learning technologies. The post holder will be a subject matter expert in various aspects of TEL and play a key role in the provision of pedagogically-informed technical capabilities and procedures for adopting and embedding TEL to meet the requirements of the College’s transformative vision for teaching and learning. The TEL ecosystem comprises core technologies—such as the latest version of Moodle, Turnitin, Panopto, and MS Teams—in addition to multiple 3rd party apps, which this post will be maintaining and supporting.  The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience of managing enquiries and requests from a range of service users and experience of working in an ITIL environment, including change management.
