Candidate will be managing the switchboard, setting up meeting rooms, liaising with suppliers for stationary, organising travel and arranging couriers, dealing with distribution of internal post and managing databases. Key responsibilities for this role will include responding to queries in person, by telephone and email, data input into the appointment portal / booking system, directing stakeholder calls / queries and working as part of the experience team to ensure the effective front of house service during opening hours.
