HR Assistant | £13.00/hour | Egham

We are looking for a HR Administrator for one of our large clients to be based in Egham.

The successful candidate will be actively providing HR support and administrative service. You will be working with HR Officers and the Recruitment and Retention Manager providing daily support to managers and staff throughout the business. You will be responsible for providing routine HR advice and processing transactional HR matters on a full range of generalist HR issues including recruitment and guidance on HR policies and processed. They are looking for someone with experience of inputting into HR process design and working with a range of IT systems and application. The successful candidate must be CIPD qualified to level 3 or above.

HR Manager – Project based | £23.52/hour | Egham

Are you interested in being part of a HR Casual Worker Project? Our client based in Egham are looking for an experienced HR Manager qualified to Level 7 CIPD. This is a busy role where you’ll be assisting in the review of current casual workers to determine their true legal employment status, review current salary and role of casual workers to determine if they are carrying out work of equal value of permanent staff members. You will also be involved in assisting in the review of the current casual worker recruitment process to identify potential savings following the implantation of the project. Knowledge and understanding of the HE sector and working in a HR Transformation project is desirable. You must have experience working with an HR And Payroll systems.

HR Administrator required to support a busy HR team in Bracknell. You will be responsible for filing, personnel file set up, recruitment related tasks, onboarding processes and welcome packs for new starters, payroll admin, hotel bookings and MBO letters. Part time Accounts Assistant/Administrator| £13.00/hour | Slough

Our client who has a global footprint with 4 offices in Europe are looking for a temporary Accounts Assistant/Administrator to join them for 6 months-1 year on a part time basis (20 hours/week). You will be responsible for processing and posting invoices manually, daily banking, reconciliation, occasional credit control, purchase and sales ledger processing, running reports and spreadsheets using pivot tables and formulas and ad hoc marketing administration. The successful candidate will have previous Accounts experience and strong understanding of MS Excel. Must be available to start immediately.

Our client need a Receptionist to cover a holiday cover. You will be responsible for dealing with a busy switchboard, welcoming visitors and issuing welcome badges, and dealing with deliveries. You must have a confident telephone manner and be well presented.
